If you buy anything from Summit Bicycles and it does not meet your expectations, mail or bring it into any of our stores for a refund or exchange within 30 days. See below for detailed explanation.

$20 Cleaning Fee
During the COVID-19 Pandemic, there is a $20 cleaning fee for all returns to make the product safe to sell.
Labor & Services
We do our best to ensure the best quality labor experience possible. None the less, we are people just like everyone else, and sometimes we stumble. If we don't meet your expectations, we'll work with you to find the best solution to the issue. If we can't, we will gladly refund your money for the labor. If you would like to return the items, we'll refund for those as well.
All aftermarket Bontrager products are covered under a 30-Day unconditional guarantee. No matter the condition, or reason for return, you can bring back whatever didn't work for you. This policy supersedes all exclusions below.
Feel free to try on any clothing you purchase to ensure the right fit. Due to regulations, we are unable to resell some items after wear directly against skin. For this sake, please try on any shorts, bibs, chamois, etc, with underwear on to confirm size. Clothing worn while riding cannot be returned, except for Bontrager products.
Closeout & Special Order Product
Closeouts & special orders are final sale, no returns or refunds. With that said, we are bike riders too, and we get that sometimes things don't work out as anticipated. We are happy to work with you to see if another product or solution will fit. If you have questions, just contact one of our store managers, who will try to find a good solution for both of us.
Damage, or wear to a product may result in additional charges for refurbishing the item for resale as used or damaged.
Brand Specific Guarantees
Similar to Bontrager, some of the Brands we carry offer additional guarantees. We honor all of their policies and are happy to help process any. Please refer to that brand's website for further explanation.
