- Replace seals and oil
- Final quality inspection
To perform the Shock Service with Damper Rebuild:
First, we will release all air pressure from the sleeve and separate it from the body shaft.
Once the shock is disassembled, all parts and components are thoroughly cleaned and inspected for any damage or wear.
The damper is serviced, and all seals and back up rings are replaced while checking the orientation.
Finally, before reinstalling the parts, all components are lubricated and checked for functionality. A final quality assurance inspection is performed before it is repackaged and shipped back to you.
