What To Expect When You're In Our Stores
Here are the precautions we're taking to keep our customers and employees safe.
- Face coverings are required to cover mouth and nose
- No groups or browsing currently allowed
- One or more of our team members will guide you from start to finish
- We will help you in the most efficient and effective way possible
- Everyone must wait in line
Suspended Services During COVID-19
At this time we are unable to provide the following services:
- Bike rentals
- Bike fittings
- Phone service consultations
- Parts and accessory consultations
- Same day or overnight repairs
We Currently Have 2 Separate Lines In Our Stores
Pick Up
- Shopping for new bikes (most bikes under $2,000 are on pre-order)
- Parts and accessory sales including special orders
- Sales and special order pick ups
- Please be ready with what you need when it's your turn. Our staff members can help direct you to the appropriate section in our store.
Drop Off
- Check-in bikes including those with appointments
- Bikes must be present for evaluation to make a service appointment
- No same day repairs
- $60 minimum on labor
