FOX Fork Services

FOX Full Fork Service with Damper Rebuild

(Recommended after 100 hours of riding)

Service includes:
  • Disassembly of damper and air springs
  • Separation of uppers and legs from lowers
  • Thorough cleaning, inspection and lubrication of all components
  • Seal removal and replacement
  • Replaced dust wipers and foam rings
  • Air spring reassembly
  • Damper service rebuild and sag adjustment
  • Reassembly of fork and quality assurance inspection
To perform the Full Fork Service:
First, we will disassemble the fork by removing the dampers, and separating the uppers and legs from their lowers.
Next, the seals come off the lowers for replacement.
Both the uppers and lowers are thoroughly inspected for damage and wear
The air spring assembly is rebuilt, and foam rings and dust wipers are replaced
The damper service is then performed before reassembling the fork and checked to ensure the proper sag
Finally, we perform a final quality assurance check before repackaging your fork and sending it back

(Recommended after 50 hours of riding)

Service includes:
  • Disassembly of damper and air springs
  • Thorough cleaning, inspection and lubrication of all components
  • Replace seals, dust wipers, foam rings, and oil
  • Air spring reassembly
  • Reassembly of fork and quality assurance inspection
To perform the Air Sleeve Service:
First, we will disassemble the fork by removing the dampers, and separating the uppers and legs from their lowers.
