BB90 is the Trek oversized bottom bracket standard and is only found on Trek road bikes. The shell is 90.5mm wide and is designed to work with 24mm spindles and road cranks and have the bearings inside the shell. The CeramicSpeed Bearings come as two bearings, which are then pressed into the frame. Those two bearings consist of either CeramicSpeed Standard or Coated Bearings. Both feature super smooth, super-round CeramicSpeed Balls contained in hardened-steel races. The Coated version has a metallic coating laid onto the races, making it even smoother and harder, resulting in lower drag and longer life. -BB90 is simple and light. The standard is designed to work with 24mm spindles. The bearings work with Shimano and other 24mm cranks, like FSA. - The CeramicSpeed Standard Bearings last at least 3 times longer than other bearings. That's thanks to hardened-steel races and CeramicSpeed Balls that are 100% smoother & 15% harder than the ceramic competition. These bearings have a frictional drag of 0.3-0.4 watts per set, which represents an average 75% drag reduction compared to stock BBs. - The CeramicSpeed Coated Bearings reduce drag by 50% compared to Standard Bearings and an improvement in bearing life of 60%. In The Box: - 2 BB90 bearings - 2 seals - 2 dust covers with integrated spacers - 10ml syringe of All Round Grease - Sticker Sheet
We have decades of experience designing bikes that fly up hors categorie climbs at the Tour, and then descend confidently and aggressively down the other side. We sought to bring this same balance to a purpose-built XCO race bike. ZHT-5 is prized by those who value efficiency over all else—and who have the skills to tame today's technical courses without the benefit of a rear shock. ZHT-5 is fast, efficient, and even a bit fun. It’s not on the lunatic fringe of longer and slacker, but the 68.5-degree head tube angle and rationally progressive geometry combine to keep the rider's weight centered and stable. It's comfortable, fast downhill, nimble enough for pack racing, and stable at speed.
Our engineers like to joke that, "if it looks fast, it probably is." But there's some truth to that, and Aspero-5 looks fast standing still. No cables in the wind, tube shapes from our aerodynamically-proven library, and a hint of a cut out in the seat tube, all add up to a bike that proves the adage.
Caledonia doesn't fit in a box nicely, and we like it that way. It was conceived on our Thursday night rides—routes that often play fast and loose with 'road ride.' Modern road riders are looking for bikes to handle long-distance, high pace, no limits, and offer maximum fun—the Caledonia delivers performance, comfort, and speed. Oh, and you can fit a 34mm tire in there. Or 31mm with fenders.
The Caledonia-5 is the bike we keep reaching for when we know the odometer's going well past the triple-digit mark. Long rides invariably have some smooth tarmac, some junk pavement over backroads, a cutty singletrack connector, and maybe even your own local Strade Bianche sector. So we built a bike that could take on all of them, do it well, and fit fenders in case the ominous clouds turn into a downpour 130km into your day.

R5 has one job-get to the top, fast. But for all the glory and fanfare that comes with a summit finish, they're rarely the only climb of the day. And while a race isn't usually won on a descent, they can certainly be lost. A climbing bike that can't carve a hairpin is a bit like a cup of decaf coffee. This is the fourth iteration of the R5, and while weight and stiffness have varied over the years, the handling, poise, and unmatched prowess on a descent have been consistent since day one.

SURVIVAL OF THE FASTEST The S5 prioritizes aerodynamic performance and stiffness, making it a platform preferred by the fastest sprinters in the world. Don't think it's a one-trick pony, though-despite the lateral stiffness, the S5 delivers an incredibly comfortable ride. You've no doubt noticed the now-iconic V-Stem. We optimized that shape to deliver the best possible performance in the wind, hid the cables inside, and make enough bar/stem/stack options to fit just about anyone. When you climb aboard an S5, you won't just go fast, you'll feel fast. The frame stiffness, geometry, layup, and tube shapes combine to make a bike that's comfortable enough to spend all day off the front, but will respond to a last-second acceleration better than anything else. It'll clear 28mm tires, too, to allow you to fit the newer crop of wider rim/tire combos that help you eke out even more aero advantage.

Carbon seat post ,25mm offset, 400mm long Compatible with: Cervelo S2 (2014-2018), S3 Rim and Disc (2014-Present), S-Series (2019-present), S5 Rim and Disc (2011-Present) SP-SP20-25MM-L
The Soloist. It's a name from deep in our history, but immediately familiar to anyone with bike racing memories extending back to the early-2000s. It was the weapon of choice for top World Tour contenders on CSC and the Cervelo Test Team, and we're bringing it back for a new generation. The new Soloist is designed for the week-in, week-out rider and racer who can only justify one high-performance bike. It balances light weight and aerodynamic advantages to deliver a bike that really is 'just right'. Soloist comes in a hair lighter than S5, but significantly more aerodynamic than R5, and borrows the threaded bottom bracket standard you find on the R5-CX. It's a race bike that can accommodate mechanical and electronic shifting, can hammer out the training miles in all weather, and yet still has the chops to leap off the front at that decisive moment. That's the Soloist.

When Team Jumbo-Visma decided it was time to race XCO, they came to us for the answer. The ZHT-5 marks a new era for Cervelo and the team, as we go racing together. Our engineering expertise has already been proven in cyclocross (R5-CX) and gravel racing (Aspero), and now we've upped the ante and designed a mountain bike worthy of the Cervelo name. ZHT-5 is a Cervelo through and through: fast, efficient, and fun to ride. The 69-degree head tube angle, modern reach, and short chainstays combine to make a bike that's stable at speed and nimble enough for pack racing. There's room to maneuver in the cockpit, whether you're darting inside on an uphill hairpin, or hanging off the back to make time on the descent.

When motor assistance and leg power meet, the range of terrain a bike can conquer grows almost exponentially. The H 1900 SPLINE is designed for this, now upgraded with the famous DT Swiss Ratchet technology. The Ratchet LN system distributes the combined forces from the rider and the motor over a larger area than the previous pawl freehub systems, increasing the systems’ durability thanks to lower load peaks. The 370 hub enables full power transmission to the ground with reinforced hybrid spokes laced to a resistant aluminum rim, available in two inner widths. - Aluminum rim, Hooked / Crotchet tubeless ready - DT Hybrid 1 spokes are reinforced and increase the lateral and torsional stiffness of the wheel - 370 Hub with Ratchet LN 18pt - Includes Tubeless Valve and Tape, 6-bolt adapter with lockring
High-stretch, soft-touch wet-weather protection for your feet Design Philosophy Dry feet on a wet ride are the holy grail when it comes to enjoying a damp day on the bike. The updated Humvee Waterproof Sock II makes sure that cold, wet feet don’t spoil an epic ride, thanks to a breathable waterproof membrane that stops water from getting in while letting sweat out. Add to that a super soft yarn lining and you have the perfect balance between comfort and performance that you won't want to take off! Key Benefits: - 3 Layer construction for warmth, weatherproof-ness, and durability - Waterproof highly breathable stretch membrane - Stretch arch support - Long leg length for maximum coverage - Unpadded construction ideal for close-fitting shoes - Dry feet, happy riding
The electrified Epocalypse is your tractor beam to the summit. This long travel overlander is prepped for the end of days, placing direct current between your heels to turn the steepest ascents into provocative dares. Inspired by our beloved Wreckoning platform, the battery boosted Epocalypse rides above two 29” wheels with 166mm of rear travel and 170mm below the bars. Posture for this genre-fluid beast closely resembles that of the Wreckoning for a proper dance party deep in the trees. The geometry teeter totter is well balanced across the Evil family tree and the Epocalypse drops into a cozy branch alongside its gravity kin. Epocalyptic lightning flows into a low-slung Shimano EP8 motor to kick out 85Nm of pedal assistance at full throttle, backed by the brand’s burly 630Wh battery for max laps. Spin it up and let the good times rip! The motor’s trail-hugging heft will dig those rubber lugs in deep for unshakable stability and traction. Between the juiced watts and the pedaling prowess of our DELTA System, few ascents will tilt too steep for the Epocalypse. Electrified bikes are a blast whether gravity’s helping or hindering, and the engineers at Evil worked closely with Shimano to achieve an ideal power balance. Good luck locating a slope that the Epocalypse can’t scale. After two years of rigorous testing and perfecting we’ve created the right machine for any rider’s version of fun. A pair of sturdy carbon triangles surrounds the EP8 powerhouse, protected from front tire projectiles by a custom skid plate beneath the motor and a shuttle shield under the downtube. As ever, chain slap is silenced by a hefty sound mound strip on the chain stay, and there’s a second slab of ‘shut-up” inside the seat stay. Our refined vascular system guides housing and hoses discretely through the frame, and some massive main-pivot bearings are ready to carry the powerful Epocalypse load all season long. A SRAM UDH derailleur hanger dangles from our SuperBoost+ rear end, keeping those precious drivetrain bits shifty, and hangers are available at most shops if you manage to clip a passing rock. In fact, each of the bike’s electric and analog components can be had at your local two-wheel Evil dealer, keeping the ride rolling and the maintenance time minimal. We wreckon these 442mm chain stays are worth a shout. The Epocalypse boasts some of the shortest carbon stays of any 29” ebike on the market, maintaining that Evil slaphappy, side-hit slashing, dumb-gap trying DNA we all know and love. If you’re searching for a lightning-powered unicorn that’s deft at stabilizing descents and lofting roots whenever it’s asked, you’ve found it. We’ll leave you to choose between Low and X-Low geometry settings, and to select the standard or angle-adjust headset that best suits your style. The potential advantages of an electric Wreckoning run deep. More laps in a day, longer rides with friends, additional carrying capacity for dig days, and faster lunch laps when the schedule overflows. Adding battery power to your stable will morph rest days on the couch into trail parties with friends. We’re confident your sofa won’t mind.
The Evil Insurgent has gained a nasty reputation as a rowdy troublemaker that pressures riders into steeper descents, bigger jumps, and a bad habit of berm shredding. It’s the bike for riders who want to pop off everything in their path and get sideways as much as possible. And with the new 2022 model, things get even wilder. What is the Insurgent v2? The new Insurgent is a heavy-hitting trail bike that’s designed for maximum fun, but what’s new on the v2 model? MX (29/27.5) or full 27.5” This time around, Evil decided to give riders more options by offering both an improved 27.5” model as well as a mixed-wheel (MX) model with a 29er up front and 27.5 in the back. The 27.5” Insurgent is built for the bike park and freeriding, and the MX version is more inclined for enduro, downhill, and extra aggressive trails. 18mm more travel The rear travel has been increased from 150mm to 168mm on both models, allowing you to go even harder with more confidence and control than ever. Better pedaling efficiency The seat tube angle has been steepened to help you shuttle yourself right back to the top of the climbs without being wasted for the good stuff on the way down. Longer wheelbase for better stability The wheelbase has been lengthened slightly to help you descend with better confidence and control. That’ll come in handy when you’re ripping downhill at breakneck speed.

The EWS is strict—break certain parts and you DNF. The rule’s meant to encourage sensible management of equipment, but it’s also tipped the balance in favor of toughness and reliability. Enter the Reserve 30. Its 30mm internal width supports a 2.3-2.5” tire and the thick rim beads stand up to the abuse of tough, rocky, steep tracks ridden at elite speed. While DH rims see greater single impacts, nothing beats the full weekend of regular abuse that an EWS race dishes out. To say nothing of the infamous 'Anti-Grip' and the rocks buried within the moondust in the Andes of Chile. This wheel is compatible with Ebikes. Details - 29" I9 Hydra Hub: I9 Hydra Wheelset Weight: 1,811g Internal Width: 30mm Spoke Count: 28 ERD: 596mm Asymmetric Offset: 4mm Recommended Tire Width: 2.3 - 2.6 in. Santa Cruz's most notorious thriller, the Bronson, is ready for action no matter what role it's cast into. The Bronson has the biggest personality in our range. From flat-out on the trail to fully flat over a table, each new generation redefines expectations of what a 150mm bike can do. The new lower-link mounted shock configuration opens up greater possibilities for maximum bump performance, a supportive mid-stroke, and a barely detectable bottom out. It’s like our most capable all-around bike just had a set of afterburners bolted on. With 150mm of VPP travel on 27.5-inch wheels, the Bronson continually rides the sharp edge between agility and stability. Ideal for negotiating tech-gnar one moment and fast flowing terrain the next, the 160mm fork travel and 65-degree head angle ensure handling remains refined. Meanwhile, the redesigned, one-piece swingarm keeps the rear wheel tracking on point, however twisted you get. There’s plenty of room to run up to 2.8-inch tires on plus rims. We offer build kit options for "regular" 27.5 and Plus-size, using 2.6 tires. It feels like the sorta big is the sweet spot between the Velcro-like traction of plus tires and the traditional feel of a supportive casing on standard-width tires. Its versatility makes Bronson the go-to choice for those seeking a skeleton key to unlock unfamiliar trails. - Carbon C frame - RockShox Yari RC 160mm fork - RockShox Super Deluxe Select rear shock - 12-speed SRAM NX Eagle drivetrain - WTB ST i30 TCS 2.0 27.5-inch rims - SDG Tellis dropper post
If in doubt, take a Bronson out You know what's hard about choosing what model of Santa Cruz suits you? It's having to narrow down what kind of riding you want to do. But, what if you don't want to be pinned down by labels? What if you want to just be a mountain biker in the broadest sense of the word? What if you want to choose how you ride rather than what to ride? If this sounds familiar, then try a Bronson. Our demo crew have a saying, 'If in doubt, take a Bronson out'. The 150mm-travel bike can go deep on any landing and the VPP suspension design makes sure that there's no wasted energy when heading back up for another go. If you value style at speed or want to have fun feeling fast, then mixed wheels (29" up front, 27.5" out back) show that the spectrum is a loop, not opposite points on a scale. The larger front wheel provides more traction and stability that'll make you feel more confident squaring off the turns and diving for the inside lines. But, a 27.5-inch tire in the rear means this bike still loves getting up on the back wheel and into the air. From flat out on the trail to fully flat over a table, each generation of Bronson rider redefines expectations of what a mountain biker is.
What goes up, loves coming down The Bullit is an electric mountain bike designed for tackling the steepest and deepest of trails in both directions. Imagine the kinds of rooty, rocky, horror fests usually reserved for the biggest-hitting bikes. Then imagine what lies beyond that. The Bullit takes a no-limits approach. 170mm travel, a 38mm-diameter fork, and DoubleDown tires reflect the smashability of this platform. This is a bike for riders who seek downhill bike trails that are out of range of any chairlift or shuttle road. Design Details: - Mix of Both Worlds The mixed wheel configuration of a 29-inch wheel up front provides traction and stability, while the 27.5" rear wheel keeps agility at hand and the chainstay length in check. - 170mm VPP Travel 170mm travel front and rear, a burly 38mm diameter fork, and DoubleDown tires reflect the smashability of this platform. - Full CC Carbon Frame Other bikes in this category rarely adopt carbon because few companies have mastered carbon manufacturing. Our carbon frames are designed in our Carbon Lab in California, made in our own facility by our team, and have a lifetime warranty. - Santa Cruz Carbon Di2 Bar There's nothing worse than an untidy cockpit. Our own bar hides the extra cables of the Shimano STEPS system, keeping things clean and hassle-free. - Shimano STEPS EP8 Motor and 630Wh Battery More power, less weight, even more efficiency, and the biggest battery Shimano offers. - Quality, Strength, Reliability The legendary Santa Cruz fit, finish, and quality construction make this long-range hauler tough enough to handle anything. THE MOUNTAIN BIKE, DISTILLED With 29-inch wheels, 145mm of rear Virtual Pivot Point (VPP) travel and a versatile personality, the newest Santa Cruz Hightower delivers mountain bike thrills over a wide range of terrain. Big on wheels, medium on travel, and short on fuss, this do-it-all model shines with a versatile balance of geometry, spec and durability. It’s mountain biking, distilled.
Our greatest hits compiled into one bike. Just hit play. If ever a bike resembled your most cherished mix tape compilation, the Hightower is it. Featuring our lower-link mounted shock design, updated, adjustable geometry, this "Engineering Best Of..." assembles some of our biggest design pleasers into one belter of a road-trip companion. The Hightower has been a does-it-all-well trail bike since its inception. More maneuverable than its longer-travel sibling, the Megatower, and more at home in the steep-and-chunky than its snappy cousin Tallboy, Hightower excels when the route covers 'all points in between,' and descents come courtesy of some big-ass climbs. The VPP suspension's lower-link-mounted shock creates a nearly linear leverage curve, meaning it mops up bumps of all sizes and maintains the kind of progressivity normally reserved for our V10 DH bike! 145mm of rear travel complemented by a 150mm front end gives Hightower just a bit more front and rear travel over the first generation model. Combined with a slacker 65-degree head tube angle, the Hightower still sits squarely in the Goldilocks zone, but with a touch more "Oh sh*t, get me out of here" capability when the porridge gets too hot! Balancing stiffness and weight savings in all the right places is a hallmark of all Santa Cruz carbon frames, and the Hightower flies the flag yet higher. The advanced composite chassis tracks well across all trail surfaces, holds a line, and is reactive to rider directions while isolating pedal-influenced inputs. The Hightower also has a bonus disc to heighten the experience: the flip chip. In the High setting, the BB height is a little higher for those tricky tech trails and/or when Plus sized tires are required. In the Low position, the shock rate is more progressive to provide additional bottom-out resistance. Whatever mood you're in, the tone of the Hightower can be adapted to meet your individual taste. And, speaking of taste, there's room for a water bottle inside the main frame and a threaded BB for convenience. There's refined cable routing for better shifting performance, simpler installation, and no cable rub. On top of that, there's a tailgate shuttle guard, downtube protector, shock fender, and noise-canceling chainstay protector to keep things quiet. The lifetime frame warranty and lifetime pivot bearing replacement policy assure you that the Hightower will keep delivering the hits for years to come.
