Details
Let's face it- your fork and front suspension can take a real beating. Keeping your fork healthy with regular maintenance ensures longer travel and better absorption of impact. If your fork set up has gone without a check-up for a while, it will start to feel stiff, and you'll find yourself working twice as hard on your climbs.
Correct pressure adjustments, proper lubrication, and damping are critical to get the best performance. We'll thoroughly disassemble, inspect, and clean your part to ensure it functions as it should. The air pressure will be released and readjusted accordingly. By the time you get your part back, it will be running just like it did the day you brought it home.
Full Fork Service includes:
Complete disassembly and inspection for damages*
Thorough cleaning of components
Teardown and rebuild of damper
Replace seals and oil
Air spring rebuild
Replace dust wipers and foam rings
Final quality inspection
*If your fork has suffered extensive wear or damage requiring additional parts or labor, we will contact you with a new estimate before we proceed.
